Millantú Pizarro Bruno

Currently, I serve as the Head of Design and Communication at Prodeman S.A. In this role, I manage internal communication and design the packaging for the products of our commercial brand, Maní King. I analyze and develop improvement proposals focused on our collaborators, applying the design thinking methodology to foster innovation and efficiency in our operations.

I hold a degree in Design, with training in ideating, generating, analyzing, proposing, advising, evaluating, and designing interior architectural spaces, furniture, lighting, scenography, exterior architectural spaces, clothing and textiles, corporate image, graphics, and packaging. Additionally, I direct, control, and supervise the execution of these designs, coordinating and supervising the completion of the corresponding works in close collaboration with other professionals in the field.

In my current role, I have implemented communication strategies that have improved team cohesion and increased participation in internal initiatives. I use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and agile methodologies to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
